Are you open on weekends?

Sometimes, I am available certain Saturday mornings and after hours but these are by appointment only. You can email or call me to schedule and see availability. 

What is the point of the 15 minute consultation?

Reaching out for help is a hard process, and it becomes more difficult when you have to discuss personal issues with a stranger. The consultation is  there to see if we are the right fit for each other. This is a way for us to briefly discuss what brings you in and how we can work together to get you feeling better. I will also be able to provide more on how the therapy or coaching process works.

Do you see any specific religion, belief, lifestyle, or faith?

Not a specific one but more all, I work with clients of all backgrounds because I always meet my clients where they are in life. I can provide Christian based counseling if you desire and am LGBTQ+ affirming, as well as supportive of BIPOC individuals, and see clients in open/plural relationships. That is the beauty of therapy or coaching, it can accommodate anyone because every person is so unique and has individual needs. My job is not to judge but provide a safe environment to heal and these services are specifically tailored to you. 

Do you take online payment?

Yes, I take payment for debit/credit card through paypal.

Do you provide in person therapy?

No, right now I am only providing online/virtual therapy. You can visit the contact us page to learn more about reaching out for appointments.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is for people that feel like they are struggling in the present moment and need assistance with organization, goal setting, and coping skills. Therapy provides a more in depth look into why you are experiencing certain behaviors, or why you may feel off. Therapy dives into past events while coaching keeps it centered on a solution to move forward. It is dependent on you and your needs.
